Steps

Take a big bowl add semolina, salt,curd, veggies and as needed water and mix well and make a batter.

Now add eno and mix well.

Take Appam pan and add ghee and mustard seeds after that pour the batter in it.

After 2-3 minutes flip tha appams and cook for the next 2-3 minutes.

Appam is ready and serve it.
