Steps

Heat the pan add suji and roast in low flame until it gets reddish brown.. And then separate it

Same pan add some ghee add cardamom and then add some water and dein wait until water boil's

In low flame add the suji in boiling water add some milk & saffron and leave it until it soaks the water and milk and then add sugar and then stir well

Enjoy your suji ka halwa.
