Cooking Instructions

Perboil the rice

Cut the onions,carrot,green beans and bell pepper to your desired shape and size

Heat the oil in a heavy bottom pot and add the tomatoes,chili pepper,bell pepper and minced garlic.allow it to fry for about 10mins

Add the sliced carrots and green beans.allow it to fry for about 10mins

Add 2 cups of water And the meat

Pour the drained parboiled rice, Maggi,Onga,salt,onions and the sliced bell pepper.

Stir it well and the water should be same level of the rice.this is to ensure that all the water dries up by the time the rice is cooked.

Cover the pot and leave to cook on low to medium heat for about 30mins.

The jollof rice is ready.enjoy with any juice of your choice!
