Fry tofu, drain, and cut into pieces.

Let's make the dressing! Mash palm sugar, salt, and garlic finely. Mash shallots and chillies coarsely.

Add water and lime water, stir, and taste it.

Pour the dressing onto sliced tofu, and done! 😄
