Grind green chillies, then add coriander leaves & pulse it, then add coconut & pulse it.

Transfer this to a bowl add hing,sesame seed,jeera,and salt,mix it well, new add rice flour, and ghee, mix. If coconut is freshly grated it has enough moisture content, no need to add more water. Sprinkle little water at the time,and mix until you get manageable dough.

Divide the dough into 20 equal parts, heat the oil for frying

Grease the plastic sheet take 1 portion of the dough place it on the greased sheet, flatten it with hand, prepared few & keep it ready.

Fry this vadas till it become golden brown on the sides, remove it on paper napkins,serve this with filter coffee
