Ingredients

  • Dry Ingredients
  • 3 1/3 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspground cloves
  • 1/2 tspnutmeg
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 2 1/3 cupsugar
  • 2/3 cupvegetable oil
  • 4eggs beaten
  • 2/3 cupwater
  • 16 ozpumpkin or 4 ripe bananas

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients in bowl. Combine dry ingredients separately and slowly add to wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Pour into greased bread pans. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
