Everyone uses makhanas in Sabzi. I have used in kheer. My new innovative dish
Steps

Roast makhanas in ghee, allow it to cool and grind to fine paste.

Boil milk for 10mins.

Add powdered makhanas.

Stir continuously till milk becomes thick.
- 5
Add sugar, elachi powder and kesar.
- 6
Boil for more 5mins, stirring continuously.
- 7
Adjust sugar.
- 8
Serve hot or cold.
- 9
Garnish with dry fruits.
