Start by mixing the butter with the eggs (I melted the butter for a few seconds), the sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Then gradually add the flour and mix well, kneading with your hands. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) while you shape the cookies.

Place them on parchment paper and bake for about 10 minutes. And our delicious butter cookies are ready!
