Sevai healthy upma for breakfast
Steps

Heat oil and splutter mustard seed,cumin seed and fennel seed.

Add curry leaves,green chilli,onion,potato,carrot and salt to taste. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add sevai, saute for 1 minute then add water.
- 4
Cook for 5 minutes or until sevai observed water and become thick. serve hot with tomato sauce.
