Steps

Heat oil in a KADAI, add ONION paste and cook until in become little brownish,

Add finely chopped ginger & Garlic and cook for 2 mints

Add Tomatoes paste and green chilli cut into two parts and cook for another 3 mints

Add all dry masala in it and cook until oil becomes up on masala

Add capsicum

Add ONIONS cuts into dice

Cook for 5-6 mints, then add Mushrooms in it and mix it well
- 8
Add water according the gravy u want after a boil add kasuri methi and serve hot with Roti
