Sabudana(Sago) Khichdi for vrat.
Steps

Soak sabudana in water for 5 minutes, after that remove excess water and rest it for 45 minutes.

Roast and roughly grind peanuts.

Heat oil in pan, splutter cumin seed,add green chilli and tomato.
- 4
Once tomato cooked add grinded peanut,salt and potato, cook for 1 minute.

Add soaked sabudana,sugar. Cover it and cook for 1 minute.

Turn off gas stove and let it covered for 2 more minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon or curd.
