Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cupmung beans
  3. 2onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/4 teaspoonchilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 teaspoonghee
  9. 4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Put ghee in a pan

  2. 2

    After that add tomato and onion pieces

  3. 3

    Stir until it gets brown

  4. 4

    Add salt and chilli powder and masala too

  5. 5

    Add rice and beans into that

  6. 6

    Add 4 cup water to it

  7. 7

    Wait for 2 whistles

  8. 8

    Msaledar khichdi is ready to eat
