First in a grinder make a paste by adding onion, and chillies, ginger, garlic and tomato

Add oil in pan add aesofotedia, cumin and mustard seeds add cauliflower,potatoes and roast it till it turns slightly brown... now add paste and dry Masala and cook till it leaves oil....add water accordingly and let it boil...add salt...serve hot with roti and rice
