1 cupoats
1& 1/2 cups water
1 packetMaggi Masala
1small onion chopped
1carrot chopped
1/2 teaspoonginger paste
1/2 teaspoonMustard seeds
1 teaspoonoil for tadka
1 handfulPudina chopped

Take oil in kadhai add mustard seeds onion and ginger paste and cook well. Add carrot and cook well. Then add water and make it come to a boil. Once it boils add oats and salt and cook well.
