Soak n wash beans. Add scotch bonnet,red pepper and onions to it. And blend

And ur fish broth,seasonings,spices, powdered crayfish n sliced onions n add little water n stir

Get ur washed dried tins n put fried palm oil in it. Debone ur fish n mash an keep side

Pour ur mixture to the tin, den put 1tbsp of fish,den add d mixture n repeat wv d remaining tins till u r done

Bring water to a boil in a pot n arrange ur tins in it n cook for 35mins. Serve wv onion sauce or yaaji n fried oil n take it along wv pap or garri wv sugar
