Ingredients

20 minutes

  • 1/2 bottlegourd sliced
  • 1/4pumpkin cut into slices
  • 1 tspcelery seeds
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and green chillies

  2. 2

    Add gourd slices and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add pumpkin saute well till it is soft

  4. 4

    Now add sugar and mix well till moisture dries up
