Ingredients

  • 2 cupsWheat flour
  • 2 tbsoil or ghee for moan
  • 1/2 tspzeera/ cumin
  • 1/2 tspajwain / carom seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater to knead the dough

Steps

    Knead a little tight dough using all the above ingredients. And keep it aside fr 1/2an hour

  2. 2

    Now take a little big portion of dough and make a golla.now roll a thick roti with the roller pin.

    Place the roti on the heated Tawa... Keep the flame low during the whole cooking process...

    Just after a few seconds.... Flip the roti... And now pinch the roti with the help of your thumb and index finger. Start pinching from the top making a circle design.Till the middle of the roti

  5. 5

    Keep the roti on the low flame.Now when the roti gets cooked on the lower side. Now flip the roti on the pinched side and keep on the low flame. Keep turning the roti on all sides and cook on low flame.

    Once cooked spread ghee on the pinched Side evenly on the holes of the roti.
