Grilled pluma is truly a delight.
Cooking Instructions

Ask the butcher to cut the pluma into steaks, or cut them yourself.

Place the steaks on a board and score them with a knife. You can also grill them whole and slice them afterward if you prefer the meat rarer.

On a grill or griddle, place the steaks, adding a bit of salt and pepper, and cook to your liking.

On a serving platter, place the grilled pluma and add the package of vegetable chips so each guest can serve themselves as much as they like.

These ingredients serve 2 people, and the preparation time is 10 to 12 minutes.
