Steps

Cut the mangoes in cube sizes.

Heat oil in a pan & add the dry red chilli & five spices. Let them splutter.

Then add the powdered ingredients. Cook them well.

Then add sea salt & black salt & the cube sized mangoes. Mix them well.

Add some water & simmer it for 10 minutes in low flame.
- 6
At last add the jaggery according to your taste. Stir well. Serve hot with daal & rice.
