Mix salt, pepper, oregano and accent in a dish. Rub it on all sides of the meat.

Put the meat in a large pot and sear on all sides until brown.

Add the sliced onions. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes until the onions are soft and the meat is juicy.

Crush tomatoes and add one can water (better if you sub either Guinness or beef stock). Add this broth to pot containing meat and onions.

Cook on low heat for about 1.5 hours, until soft.

After done, slice meat against the grain and put it back in the pot.

Add carrots and potatoes and cook on low heat until the carrots and potatoes are soft (about 2 hours).
