Steps

Chop all vegetables finely.

Dice cheese in very small squares.

Now heat oil in a pan and crack cumin seeds.

Add spring onions and saute for 1 min. Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes and saute for 1 min.

Add all vegetables and mix well. Cook it for 2 mins after covered with lid.

After all vegetables are cooked up add diced cheese and mix again. Switch off gas.

Serve after garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
