Boil masoor Dal after soaking it for 3-4 hours.

Take a pan, add oil to it, once oil becomes hot add chopped onions & cook it till onions become soft & a little brown, then add chopped ginger & garlic & again cook it for another 8-10 minutes.

Then add tomatoes & mix well & cook it for 15-20 mins on low heat, then add red chilli powder, dhaniya zeera powder, kitchen king masala, salt, mix well & cook till it releases the oil, then add boiled masoor Dal & 2 cups of water in which Dal was boiled & mix well.

Adjust the seasoning & cook the Dal on low flame for 15-20 mins.

Finally add chopped coriander & lemon juices, mix well & serve the Dal with steamed rice.
