In a bowl sift the flour, add the remaining ingredients and mix with your fingers until everything is well incorporated. Add water bit by bit until u achieve a stretchy but firm dough. Cover and allow to rest for 10mins.

Roll out dough and make circles. Fill with ur desired fillings(minced meat,Irish potatoes and carrots). Seal and arrange on a baking tray.

Beat one egg. Apply egg wash on meat pies and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown. Enjoy them while they're still hot.
