Ingredients

  • 2 cupvermicelli
  • 1big onion
  • 1small tomato
  • 1 teaspoonmustard and jeera
  • 1 tablespoonchanadaal
  • 2green chilli
  • 4 tablespoonoil
  • 6curry leaf
  • handfulcoriander leaf
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tablespoongrated coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water add salt and 1 tablespoon oil. add vermicelli cook.

    Strain water and run through cold water or else vermicelli will get over cooked

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard, jeera, chanadaal and green chilli and curry leaf.

  4. 4

    Add onion fry till golden brown. add tomato salt and grated coconut

    Add. vermicelli and chopped coriander mix well and cook for 2 min. and serve hot.
