Pineapple suji halwa
Steps

In a pan heat ghee. Add suji and roast it till turns fragrant or golden brown.

Transfer roasted suji in a bowl.

In a same pan add pineapple puree, pineapple pieces, sugar and water. (To make pineapple puree blend pineapple in a mixer grinder with little milk or water)

Cook till water comes to boil and pineapple pieces turns soft.

Add chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
- 6
Add roasted suji and stir continuously till mixture thickens.

Add green cardamom powder and mix well.
- 8
Delicious pineapple halwa is ready to serve.

Note: you should add edible yellow food colour.
