Just a good way to cook lamb..... mmmmm

Heat a frying pan on a high temperature and add oil.

When heated place lamb chops in the pan and sear on both sides till a little brown. Add salt and pepper.

Once seared, place rosemary all over lamb chops and cook for 20 - 30 more minutes on a low temperature

Enjoy!! (this is my favourite way to cook lamb chops!)

Serve with some salad or mint sauce...or both its my favorite!!
