Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 gpaneer
  • 2 cupMix veggies (carrot, beans,capsicum,)
  • 2 tablespoonCorn flour
  • 2onion (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoonChopped ginger garlic
  • 4 slitedGreen chilli
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  • 1 tablespoonTomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoonChill sauce
  • 1 tablespoonCoriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoonTil - roasted

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate paneer cubes with salt pepper and soya sauce. Fry until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan.put 2 tablespoon oil in it. When it became very hot add chopped ginger garlic and stir 2 minute.

  3. 3

    Add sliced onion and green chilli. Combine carrot and beans. 2 minute later add capsicum. Stir constantly in high flame. It should be crunchy not soggy.

  4. 4

    Mix soya, tomato and chilli sauce in it. Add salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Mix 1 tablespoon corn flour with 2 tablespoon water.add this mix in veggies. Add fried paneer cubes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and toasted til over it.

  6. 6

    Serve hot with lachha paratha. Enjoy!!
