Marinate paneer cubes with salt pepper and soya sauce. Fry until golden brown.

Heat a pan.put 2 tablespoon oil in it. When it became very hot add chopped ginger garlic and stir 2 minute.

Add sliced onion and green chilli. Combine carrot and beans. 2 minute later add capsicum. Stir constantly in high flame. It should be crunchy not soggy.

Mix soya, tomato and chilli sauce in it. Add salt and pepper.

Mix 1 tablespoon corn flour with 2 tablespoon water.add this mix in veggies. Add fried paneer cubes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and toasted til over it.

Serve hot with lachha paratha. Enjoy!!
