Make Manchurian balls. Mix all the above ingredients. Make small balls. Either fry them or make in Appe Pan. Keep aside.

Take a wok. Heat. Add 2 tbsp oil. Heat. Add chopped garlic. Saute. Add chopped onion and capsicum. Saute on high flame. Add soya sauce and vinegar. Cook for 1 min.

Mix Manchurian masala in 11/2 bowls of water. Make slurry of cornflour.

Now add Manchurian balls in wok. Cook. Add Manchurian masala water and cornflour slurry. Cook on low flame for 2 to 3 min.

Garnish with spring onion's greens.
