Put yeast sugar n salt put warm water let it rise for 3_4 minutes.

Put flour and and all the vegs and mix them together then add the yeast and kneed the dough just like normal chapatis.then let it rise for half an hour

Then take your dough n cut into 2 the spread some flour on the surface the start rolling then you let them rise again for another 1/2an hr then ready for rolling and frying
