#sesamepeanut..Gujarati Kachariyu, a traditional Gujarati winter special recipe made with black or white sesame seeds which is healthy and is eaten in winters. You can also make them in ladoo shape and store in an air tight container to eat as your evening snack.

To begin making Gujarati Kachariyu Recipe, first we will prepare the filling.

In the bowl Mix all dryfruits of ur choice Chopped figs, black dates, almonds,cashew nuts, nutmeg powderMix well & keep aside.

To prepare the rest of the Kachariyu, in a pan or kadai lightly toast black sesame seeds, khus khus,coconut, and melon seeds.

While it is still warm transfer the mixture to a grinder add jaggery and grind finely.

To this, add the dried ginger powder,ganthoda powder,(peepramul powder) cardamom powder. Pulse it again a couple of times till it mix well.

Sesame seeds and coconut has released it's oil and the mixture gets crumbly.

If held in a first the mixture should come together lightly. If this does not happen pulse it a few more times.

Take it in the bowl & mix well lightly with ur palm.

Put a spoonful of Kachariyu mixture in the Sillicon mould the well of your palm, lightly press it and make a cup (vati) from kachariyu.

Dmould lightly all kachariyu cups from mould.

Now bring it into the plate & place the dryfruit filling.
