Ingredients

8 hrs 15 minute
  1. 30 ozwater
  2. 1Turkey carcass mine was 18lbs
  3. 1/2 bunchfresh parsley
  4. 1/2 bunchfresh cilantro
  5. 1 bunchcelery
  6. 4onions
  7. 1 tablespoonsage
  8. 1 tablespooncoriander seeds
  9. 6carrots
  10. 1 tablespoonfennel seed
  11. 2 tablespoonscrushed bay leaves
  12. 1 tspmarjoram
  13. 8 clovesgarlic
  14. 33 in chunks fresh ginger

Steps

8 hrs 15 minute
  1. 1

    Chunk everything up to fit in the big stockpot

  2. 2

    Dump everything in the stockpot

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil

  4. 4

    Cook on low for 8 hours

  5. 5

    Strain it through cheesecloth into bowls and store in freezer or fridge
