In a big plate take wheat flour, suji, salt, jeera, 2 tbs ghee, ajwain, baking soda, curd mix it well, make a soft dough by adding sufficient amount of water

Cover it and keep the dough in rest for 20 mins. Then make medium size of balls

Boiled sufficient amount of water in big vessel for boiling these balls

Put all these balls in boiling water and cover it, flame should be high

After 5-6 min. All balls will start float on top

Cook all balls or bafala about 15-16 mins.Then take out and let them cool

Now will bake this balls in gas oven

If you don't have this you can bake it in electric oven, preheat the oven at 200°c about 15-20 min.

Roast on both side, this golden brown

Take this bafala or balls in hand and pressure it,crush it little, apply sufficient amount of ghee on both sides

Serve with tadka daal.
