Ingredients

  • For cover,
  • 5boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • 2 tspraisins
  • Some Chopped coriander
  • 2 tspdessicated coconut
  • to tasteSalt
  • Some Crushed black pepper
  • For stuffing
  • 2 cupspeas (grinded to paste withgreen chillies and garlic)
  • 2 tspoil
  • As required Jeera, hing, salt, garam masala
  • For frying Oil
  • Some Cheese optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Assemble all the ingredients of the cover in a big bowl and mix them well

    For stuffing, Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera, add hing and add peas paste into it. Add all spices, mix well and let it cook on a low flame (covered with a lid) until it starts sticking to the pan. It gets ready in 8-10minutes.

    Let the stuffing cool and add grated cheese (optional)

    Flatten the cover mixture over palm, fill in stuffing and roll into balls

    Deep fry in hot oil at medium flame till golden crisp brown and serve hot with your favorite dip
