Remove corn kernels from the cobs. Grind it with green chilies into paste using milk.

Heat ghee in a pan. Crackle mustard seeds in it. Add turmeric powder and then the ground corn mixture. Add salt and give a good mix. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for few minutes. When it stops sticking to the pan, add sugar and off the flame (cook time 8-10 minutes)

Transfer to a serving plate, add chopped coriander, coconut, chat masala and lemon juice
