Steps

Boil the cocoyam till it's tender,peel and blend to a smooth paste,it acts as the thickner for the soup

Wash the proteins eg-meat,stockfish,dryfish, and season then cook till it's tender

While the meat stock is still cooking, add the cocoyam paste and keep stirring at intervals to avoid burning

When the cocoyam paste is dissolved and the soup is thickened,add ogiri igbo

Add little uziza leaves for a nice aroma and yummy taste

Lastly add the oha leaves and put off the fire as the heat from the pot will cook the leaves and it makes it look fresh
