Chop waru and carrots tillcubed and wash

Wash rice and boil at the ratio of 1:2

Fry onions till brown then add crushed garlic. Wow the aroma.

Add all the spices turmeric, black pepper, ginger powder, Garam masala, chillies

Add potatoes mixture and cook till ready. Add salt

Yummy with rice
