We eagerly wait for winter for vegetables like methi,peas,coriander,spinach etc.However we get throughout year but in winter we get this veggies in bulk and of course fresh also

2-3spring onions
1 bowlfresh methi
1 bowlfresh coriander leaves
1 bowlfresh spinach
2tomatoes
Some green peas(optional)
1green chilli chopped
1/2 tspred chilli powder
Salt as per taste
2 tsprefined oil

More all the chopped veggies, green peas in a mixing bowl.

Put some red chilli powder,salt and oil.mix well
