Heat oil and fry the paneer cubes and keep aside

Add cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle

Now add the ginger paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add tomato and red chilli Powder and mix well

As oil separates add the almond and raisins paste and saute well

Now add milk and sugar and simmer adding grean peas and paneer
- 7
Serve it with naan or paratha
