In a bowl put the flour, sugar & nutmeg,then mix.

Add milk & stir to get a good consistency,

Beat the egg separately then add in the batter.

Stir well till the lumps disappear,the batter should have a smooth consistency.

Heat the pan add oil then scoop the batter pour it on the pan & spread it evenly.The final
