Boil carrot pieces in a pan for 10 minutes.

Let it cool down & grind in the mixie,can add little bit of water if needed.Make a smooth paste of it.

In a pan,pour 1/2 litre of milk &sugar.

After one boil slow down the flame & add carrot paste,grated mava, condensed milk.Mix well,stir continuously.let it cool down.

Pour in a seving bowl & refrigerate for 2 hours.

Garnish with grated carrot & carrot flowers.
