Pick dirt off beans and wash with warm water, put in pressure pot and allow to boil for about 5mins, change water and allow to boil till soft, add onions, pepper, crayfish salt, seasoning cube, palm oil, stir and cover to boil for about 5 more mins and open and stir a bit often till it thickens and dries up.

Serve and eat with any other side carb.
