Chili garlic eggplants

Heat pan over medium heat then pour oil and saute garlic, onions and tomatoes for 1 minute.

Add in the pork and continue to saute until the color turns brown.

Add in the eggplants and soysauce oyster sauce and chili sauce and water. Mix very well.

Put in the corn starch to thicken the sauce.
Serve while hot!
