Steps

1

Wash and season the meat with the seasoning of ur choice. Pound the yellow pepper, crayfish, locust bean add to the cooked meat and add a little water and cover for few minutes
2

Add seasoning and obono, red oil and allow for a while then add okro and allow for three minutes
3

You add ugwu, pumpkin leaf for one minute and serve with swallow of ur choice
