Puree the green peas and palak with a little water.

Combine the besan, rawa, puree, methi leaves, ginger-chilli paste, yogurt and salt and make smooth batter.

Now add the fruit salt or eno to the batter. Pour remaining water over it and mix well.

It should start getting bubble and pour mixture Iinto a greased thali and place thali in the steamer.

Steam on a medium flame for 12-15 minutes.

Insert knife in the middle and it comes out clean it is done.

Turn off the flame and allow to cool for around 2-4 minutes.

Then remove slowly and cut into desired shape.

Heat oil in a pan add the mustard seeds, one they splutter add the curry leaves and chilli and for 20 seconds.

Pour over this tempering on the khaman.

Garnish with fresh coconut, coriander leaves.
