Ingredients

  • 3 piecesfirm tofu
  • Mixed fresh herbs (such as mint, cilantro, and lettuce)
  • 1.1 lbsQuang noodles (about 500 grams)
  • Vegetable oil, fresh chili pepper, green onion, MSG, sugar

Steps

    First, wash the fresh herbs thoroughly, soak them in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain well.

  2. 2

    Slice the tofu into thin pieces, fry until golden, then cut into strips.

  3. 3

    Chop the green onion. Heat a moderate amount of oil in a pot, then add the green onion and sauté until golden. Transfer to a bowl, add soy sauce, sugar, MSG, and sliced chili pepper. Mix and season to taste.

    And that's it—a simple, delicious vegetarian dish that's perfect for busy people. Enjoy your meal!
