Steps

Take wheat flour make dough.

Take a bowl and add two eggs, two chopped onions, green & red chilli and chopped corrinder leaves.add salt.

Take a hot tawa make squared shaped parantha, cook little and turn another side.
- 4
With the help of knife and spoon open one side of parantha and stuff egg batter.
- 5
Cook both side and add ghee both side of parantha.
- 6
Parantha ready to be surver with tomato sauce or green chutney
