  • 4 tbspcoconut milk
  • 8small dice shallot or 1 large onion
  • 2 cupmix dice red /green /yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tbspoil
  • pounded peanut paste
  • 1 handfulpeanut
  • 4 clovegarlic
  • 3small deseeded red chili pepper
  • 4 tbsptoasted sesame seed
  • seasoning
  • 3 tbsplight soy sauce

    Pound peanut paste

    Pound all ingredients to paste

    With oil saute shallot then add pounded paste and mix bell pepper

    Add cooked white rice with seasoning and stir fry and mix well

    Add coconut milk then stir fry rice till fragrant and rice are dry about 3 minutes
