Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcooked leftover white rice
  2. 4 tbspcoconut milk
  3. 8small dice shallot or 1 large onion
  4. 2 cupmix dice red /green /yellow bell pepper
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. pounded peanut paste
  7. 1 handfulpeanut
  8. 4 clovegarlic
  9. 3small deseeded red chili pepper
  10. 4 tbsptoasted sesame seed
  11. seasoning
  12. 3 tbsplight soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Pound peanut paste

    Pound all ingredients to paste

  3. 3

    Fried rice

  4. 4

    With oil saute shallot then add pounded paste and mix bell pepper

  5. 5

    Add cooked white rice with seasoning and stir fry and mix well

  6. 6

    Add coconut milk then stir fry rice till fragrant and rice are dry about 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Serving option

  8. 8

    Serve fried rice and mix pepper with coconut milk on banana leaf

  9. 9
