Wash your rice,parboil it,run cold water over it,drain,add hot,salt and cook.Peel the potatoes,dice into cubes and wash.

Grind your the Tatashe,atarugu,onion,garlic, curry,thyme.Place a pan on fire,add a little vegetable oil,add the grinded stuff and stir fry,add a little water,add the salt and seasoning,add the Irish potato and cover the pan.
