Steps

Slice yam in circular form, peel and wash.

Place in pot add water and salt place on heat to cook.

When yam is soft, bring down from heat, drain out the water and set aside.

Wash all veggies and slice

Place pot on heat. Add vegetable oil allow to heat up
- 6
Add a little bit of salt, add carrot and allow to soften a little bit.

Add green peas, fry a little, scoop out from the oil and set aside.

Break egg in a bowl, whisk thoruoghly, add little salt, then pour into the pot.

Add Maggi cubes, curry and allow to simmer for few minutes

Fry a little then set down and enjoy with a drink
